How long does shipping take?
10-17 days. Shipping time varies a lot depending on Covid-19 situation.
When would I get the tracking number for my order?
After your order is placed, it will take some time to process and have the factory send the shoes to downtown. After we double check the quality and details, we will then pass the item to FedEx / EMS for shipment. Therefore, you will receive the tracking number within 5-7 days.
What countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping (and it’s free!) to more than 200 countries. We normally ship with FedEx / EMS to ensure the fastest delivery.
What is the return policy?
1. All of our items are UA, this means that it is possible to have tiny flaws on them. Therefore, there must be a VALID quality issue to receive free returns.
2. For sizing matters or other related issues, any shipping fee occurred during return/exchange will not be covered and will be barred by customers themselves.
3. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received with original packaging.
4. Any return/exchange will have to be received and inspected by us before we can issue a refund/exchange.

Honestly, if you are using them for normal wear, no one would be able to spot them unless you take them off and compare them with a real pair very carefully.
